• You must connect a valid Instagram business account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. Instagram Integration

5.1 Authorization

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize us to:

• Access your Instagram business account information
• Publish posts on your behalf
• Read basic account metrics

5.2 Business Account Requirement

Our Service only works with Instagram business accounts. Personal accounts are not supported. You are responsible for ensuring your account meets Instagram's business account requirements.

You agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Content and Usage

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use your content to provide the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Violates Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Contains spam or misleading information

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates post descriptions and hashtags based on your uploaded images and preferences. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publication.

7. Pricing and Payment

Our app is currently free to use. We may introduce a paid plan in the future.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
