Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will process your deletion request promptly.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us via email with your deletion request.

Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account Information: Your profile, email, and account settings
  • Uploaded Content: All photos and images you've uploaded to our platform
  • Generated Posts: All AI-generated posts, descriptions, and hashtags
  • Integration Data: Instagram connection tokens and related data
  • Usage Data: Your activity logs and platform usage history
  • Organization Data: Company information and onboarding preferences

Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud), but this data will not be accessible through our platform.

Before You Delete

Before requesting account deletion, please consider the following:

  • This action is irreversible - you will not be able to recover your account or data
  • You may want to download any content you wish to keep before deletion
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled as part of the deletion process
  • You can also temporarily deactivate your account if you're unsure about permanent deletion

Alternative Options

If you don't want to delete your entire account, you can also:

  • Disconnect your Instagram integration from the settings page
  • Delete individual posts or photos from your account
  • Update your privacy settings to limit data collection
  • Contact us to discuss specific data concerns
